At Nina and Friends, we work hard to get every box of joy and good vibes packed and shipped as quickly as possible—because your pets deserve their fun!

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another email when your order has shipped, along with tracking info.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping starting at $6.00 for all U.S. orders. Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on box size and weight.

Delivery Estimates

Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and during peak holidays.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS and Pirate Ship, depending on the best rates available for your location.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly or email us at support@ninaandfriends.shop and we’ll do our best to assist.

Due to health and safety regulations, all treat purchases are final sale and non-returnable. This ensures the quality and integrity of every item shipped to our furry friends.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ninaandfriends.shop. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

General Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on subscription boxes or individual items unless they arrive defective or incorrect. However, if you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out—we’ll do our best to help!
